BRAZEAU COUNTY is closely monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic situation, and implementing directives from authorities at Provincial and Federal  Health Services. The first priority of Brazeau County Council and Administration is the health and safety of our residents.

  • Province-wide mandatory measures in effect

    As of Saturday, September 4, 2021 the Province has implemented mandatory measures across Alberta.

    • Masks are mandatory in all indoor public spaces, workplaces, and vehicles
    • Unvaccinated Albertans are strongly recommended to limit indoor social gatherings to close contacts of two cohort families, up to 10 people
    • Employers are recommended to pause plans for staff returning to work, and continue work-from-home
    • Restaurants, cafes, bars, pubs, nightclubs & licensed establishments must stop serving alcohol by 10 p.m.
